Kirsty spent ten years working in local government starting in Organisational Development, then moving into Corporate Business Support.
She then went on to start her own business in 2015 specialising in business management and development for SME’s within the HR sector. She has supported national and global businesses on behalf of her clients and has been fundamental in the creation of a regional engagement network.
