Brief:

Our client knew the importance of people and getting it right.  After placing a Developer with the business (with a very specialist skill set!) SEAO worked with the Senior team for a number of weeks to strategically review the Careers offering and processes.

What we did:

  • Strategic review of values, behaviours and skillset and how they fitted in with the business’s EVP
  • Review and recommendation of the message to market, candidate engagement and talent pools available
  • Competitor analysis and recommendations of Careers presence online
  • Promote the company brand through successful Careers social media campaigns
  • Provided a written diagnostic with recommendations on succession planning, marketing and future talent
  • Led talent delivery projects including creating a suite of templates of branded adverts, talent mapping for specific and difficult to fill roles, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.

Impact to the business

The client is now able to be self-sufficient when recruiting through SEAO’s research, insight and recommendations.  When placing with the business, the average time to fill was 39 days and retention is 100%.
